We process orders as quickly as possible , so you should receive your order within 14 days. You credit card will be charged at point of purchasing.

Returns and Refunds

We want all our customers to be happy, but we also understand that sometimes you may want to return an item for a refund. In order to make this as easy as possible for you, we have extended the statutory cancellation period from 14 to 90 days, so you have plenty of time and don’t feel pressured into returning an item before you have fully tried it out. If you do need to return a product for a refund, please post it to the following address within 90 days of receiving your order, don’t forget to include your name, address and phone number. Original postage and packaging cost not included and the cost of returning the item is your responsibility;
